Rounder than a billiard
An apple is a spherical or near-spherical bowl. It sits differently in the palm than a billiard’s cylinder. Levon’s apples stay compact. Some are straight; some are half-bent or fully bent. The chamber is still an engineer’s hole — not a decorative well.
Sculpture on the heel
Apple 488/26 and 487/26 are rusticated, art-carved sisters. The heel is pierced; the spur becomes a small sculpture. 487/26 is listed when the shop has it. 423/24 is a lighter, partly smooth apple with measurements on the plate: 130 mm, 39 g. Those numbers are from the piece, not from a catalogue average.
Bent apple
Bent apple 356/23 from the 2023 archive leans the bit toward the bowl. The smoke path is longer; the pipe hangs more quietly. If you like the round bowl and want less weight on the teeth, look at the bent apples and the bent brandies together — same bench, different silhouette.
